CardScape Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CardScape's website and services, operated by TechTray, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TechTray provides custom PVC photo card printing services through CardScape. We offer various themes and customization options for creating personalized cards including photo cards, business cards, bag tags, and fridge magnets.

3. User Accounts

To place orders, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before order processing begins
• We accept UPI payments and other specified payment methods
• Order confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS

5. Content and Images

You are responsible for all content and images you upload:

• You must own or have rights to use all uploaded content
• Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We reserve the right to refuse orders with inappropriate content
• You grant us license to use your content for order fulfillment
• We may retain uploaded content for quality assurance purposes

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping and delivery terms:

• Processing time: 2-5 business days
• Delivery time: 3-7 business days within India
• Free shipping on orders above ₹500
• Shipping charges apply for orders below ₹500
• Delivery address cannot be changed after order confirmation
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

7. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products:

• All sales are final - no returns or refunds are accepted
• Products are made to order based on your specifications
• We cannot accept returns for change of mind or design preferences
• Refunds will only be considered in case of manufacturing defects
• If approved you will be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business day
• Any manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof of defect (photos/videos) must be provided for claim processing

8. Quality Assurance

We strive to provide high-quality products:

• All cards are printed on premium PVC material
• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes
• We are not responsible for image quality issues from low-resolution uploads
• Minimum recommended image resolution: 300 DPI

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall TechTray or CardScape, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechTray and CardScape and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
